Real estate debt is often priced based on general statistical analyses which can fail to accurately reflect the credit characteristics of the underlying real estate.  Our team seeks to identify pricing inefficiencies by conducting fundamental analysis on the underlying loans, supplemented by real-time market intelligence from our real estate team and our network of local operating partners.  The group also benefits from a broad structured credit platform that includes an RMBS and ABS strategy.
