Andrew Parks joined Angelo Gordon in 2009 as the Firm’s Chief Risk Officer. Before joining Angelo Gordon, Andy was associated with Morgan Stanley where he served as an Executive Director overseeing the risk management group for the ultra high net worth division in the United States and Latin America. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Andy worked as a corporate attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets, secured corporate credit and real estate acquisition/finance. Andy holds a B.A. degree from Tulane University and a J.D. degree from The University of Texas School of Law.
