Brian Sigman is the firm’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.  He oversees our Credit Platform’s accounting, operations, tax, finance and client service functions as well as overseeing our management company’s back office functions. He serves on our Business Development Committee and our New Products Committee. Brian joined Angelo Gordon in 2013 as Chief Financial Officer of the Structured Credit Platform. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group serving as the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer of Newcastle Investment Corp. In earlier roles at Fortress, Brian served as Vice President of Finance and as an Assistant Controller. Prior to Fortress, Brian was a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young LLP where he served clients in the real estate and financial services industries. Brian has a B.A. degree in Accounting from Queen’s College.
